"We moved into my in laws house not knowing the septic had never been drained. Two months after the move at 2am we had the septic back up into the house and a drain pipe almost burst in the basement. We called at 2am and left a message with a cell number. In less than 5 min I got a text back asking for details on the situation and was told they would be out around 8-9am that morning. They came when they said they would, drained the septic and also gave advice on how to unplug the drainage pipe from the house so they wouldn't have to go get their other truck and charge us more. We took their advice and it worked. They also gave advice on recovering the tank. 24hrs after they came out, they called to check on us. What amazing service they did. We will never use anyone else again."
